You're sure to make memories at this unique PET FRIENDLY, two story A-frame home in the central location of Mcallen TX. Walking/Bike trails 1 block away MFE Airport 6.7 mi. La Plaza Mall 4.7 mi. RGV Outlets 27 mi. South Padre Island 80 mi. This cozy 1,050 square foot house is the perfect getaway for couples, small groups and business stays. Fully fenced backyard is perfect for pets and children.

Good to know

It has 3 bedrooms including a lower level master bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet , and restroom access right across the hall. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms with walk in closets, and beautiful plantation shutters for privacy. You will also find a bottom level modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and electric stove, counter top seating and full dining table, top load washer/dryer, & high speed Spectrum Ultra WiFi. KITCHEN: The kitchen has a stainless steel stove and oven, refrigerator, and beautiful quartz counter tops with bar height seating, It also has a microwave and Keurig coffee maker. You will find the basic cooking essentials in the cabinets including: salt & pepper, dishes and silverware. Long term stays are expected to purchase their own supplies if they run out. BBQ GRILLS: I have 2 charcoal grills on the property available for guest use. RESTROOMS: The restroom will have toiletries including: body soap, shampoo, & conditioner, and hair dryer WASHER/DRYER: The washer and dryer are both available for guests. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided. Fabric steamer in laundry room THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The neighborhood is quiet with the house sitting towards the end of a cul-de-sac. Across the road entrance you’ll find McAllen city biking and walking trails. PETS: The What-A-Bnb is pet friendly. We welcome you and your pets. Please make sure you add your pet to your reservation as a pet fee will be added for each pet. This will allow our team to be better prepared for your stay. SECURITY: There is a ring doorbell cam at the front entrance, and a fully fenced backyard (8ft. Fence) for your comfort and safety I work very hard to provide you with an excellent travel experience. Outdoors: Barbecue grill must be cleaned after use. If grill is left dirty, a $15 charge will be added to cleaning fee. Please no more than six people in hot tub at a time. No climbing the fence or on top of the roof. Reminder: No parties are permitted at our home and no more than 15 people should every be present throughout your stay. We want to be considerate of our neighbors, so no loud music inside or outside past 10 PM. Make sure outdoor trash is picked up & taken out -and placed in provided trash cans at the end of stay. Indoors: no smoking is allowed inside. $250 fee will be charged if smoke can be smelled Inside at time of check out. A $250 fee will be charged if a pet damages interior furniture by chewing or scratching, or defalcates inside property . Please be considerate of our white linens. Please don’t use the white towels to wipe makeup, clean shoes, or anything that will leave them stained. We are not responsible for any items left behind. HOT TUB Guidelines: To ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines during your stay: 1. Shower Before Use Please rinse off before entering the hot tub to help keep the water fresh and sanitary. 2. Cover Use Always remove the hot tub cover before use and replace it immediately afterward. Our property is surrounded by trees, and this helps prevent leaves and debris from getting in. 3. Temperature Settings Keep the spa temperature between 100–103°F. Do not turn off the heating elements, as this can impact functionality. 4. Cleanliness Fee Please leave the hot tub clean and ready for the next guests. A $50 fee may be applied if excessive cleaning or water replacement is needed after your stay. Thank you for helping us maintain a great experience for all our guests! My husband and i really enjoyed the place alot! The grill was excellent, we cooked our meals we had everything there! Also did some laundry. It was so great! Cant wait to stay again in the winter time to sit around the fire pit!

Such a charming home close to everything. Traveled with our infant and Jalyssa had a pack and play available for us to use. The home also has a beautiful back yard that we all (including our dog) enjoyed.

Our stay at was nothing short of amazing. The property, was warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. Our host was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and gave us the desires of our heart when it came to a couple things we asked for. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, with a comfortable living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and bedrooms that provided restful sleep. We loved the outdoor space, especially the fire pit and jacuzzi. This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations. I’m glad I picked it to celebrate my 30th birthday with a couple of my friends. We’d return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun getaway. Five stars without a doubt!

This place is SO unbelievably cute!! We came to visit for a family reunion and looked at many houses and hotels and this one immediately stood out above all the rest. The pictures don’t even do justice to how adorable this place is! I must have told everyone how cute it was about 100x. Everything in the home is cohesive and pristine and although not a huge house we felt it was perfect for our family of 6. They had a welcome sign and a basket of snacks/waters for us, comfy linens and an already heated hot tub! What a dream! I’m ready to build my own little triangle house!! Secondly, our host was so responsive and sweet. I forgot a sentimental necklace there and messaged her the next day. She offered to put it in a secure location for my mom to pick up OR to mail it if that was more convenient for me. I can honestly say I’ve never had a host be so prompt and helpful. If you want to feel like you’re in the coziest, most insta-worthy, tiny farmhouse we highly recommend this spot!

The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to all the needed conveniences yet peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out seamless. The amenities provided were above and beyond, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy linens and extra toiletries. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Spectacular home!! As soon as you walked in, you could smell the freshness/cleanliness of the home. We had an issue with the keypad but host was very responsive and even went out of her way to come and help us out.
